Custom Homes Done Wrong 
In my experience, if you can dream it, MacLeay Construction can screw it up. Much of MacLeay Construction's high-end work is the result of one client, who has told me he will no longer work with MacLeay because of the financial irregularity that MacLeay Construction employs.

On my job MacLeay Construction did the following:

• Not oversee their subcontractors.
• Take client money, but then not pay subcontractors.
• Indecipherable billing.
• Non AIA standard contract, which is very one-sided.
